What!?!?!?!

So someone says to me recently " husbands cheat if they don't get enough sex." What?! No hunny husbands who cheat do it because they have no self control. As the flagrant feminist that i am i can not let this statement go ignored. First of all if you are blaming yourself or your lack of sex on someone cheating get your head out of your you know what... i can guarantee that even if you have sex everyday of the week that he is still contemplating other women in his head. It's not what is happening physically that makes someone cheat it's a heart issue. And if someone says "I have to look at other women if we haven't had sex in 3 days." something has gone totally dark in they're heart.
So to anyone reading this who has had this particular discussion with someone or who has heard it from your husband, don't give into the lie. Stand up for yourself tell you husband to grow up and be a man. And seriously if i hear a man ever utter anything sooo stupid i will punch you...
In closing let me just say, Phill thanks for being a good man and a smart one at that. you're the best man i could have gotten... Thank God i didn't end up with a boy in a mans body... And i think you're a great example to others. And to those who have been cheated on, there is hope and healing and its not your fault...

I need a freakin' bailout!

I've been thinking... I am a CEO of a major corporation. It's called Yoder inc. and at this point we are financially in trouble. So why is it that all these other CEOs who are doing dumb things like using their bailout money for stupid retreats and bonuses that they clearly don't need, are benefiting and we here at Yoder inc. are still in financial disarray? I do important things like raise three people to have good morals and values, cook, clean, and run a house and i don't see a flipping dime of that 700 billion dollars. So maybe those fat cat senators and congressmen should consider the average American for some bailouts and not the morons who got us into this mess in the first place...
The good thing in all of this is that while we don't always get what we want, we have what we need(damn the Stones are brilliant!), and that's each other. So in the end I'm more blessed than those dopey idiots who are selfish and greedy. Because maybe if Yoder inc. had all that money we'd loose each other. Because how many of those CEOs go home to their huge mansions and have no one to share it with or no one to connect with? So in the end i end up being way more rich than they'll ever be...

First time...

So here it is my first blog.I have heard and found to be true that the first time for anything is not so pleasant. I had lofty plans for a video blog but settled on this for now. Typing makes me miss a good old fashioned pen and paper. I love the smell of a clean notebook and the smoothness of the ink on said paper. Anyway, people keep telling me how funny i am so hopefully this blog will be good for a few laughs. And now I'll be able to vent to the whole world and not just my poor hubby. And it probably won't be for the faint of heart i tend to have a very limited filter. So that being said proceed with caution.
